Sizes

These oak internal doors are manufactured to a standard 40mm thickness, this is made up on 20mm thick vertical panels and 20mm thick horizontal ledges. They come as 1981mm in height as standard and you have the option of 4 different widths, ranging from 610mm – 838mm. If a non-standard size is needed, it isn’t a problem at all, we can pretty much cater for any size you require.

Our Solid Oak 3 Ledge Glazed Rustic V-Groove Cottage Doors are supplied pre-sanded and unfinished to provide you with the opportunity to give it your desired look, the look that best matches the overall design of your house. If you prefer however, you can let us do the hard work for you through using our in-house oiling service and choosing the prefinished option.

These doors are manufactured with specially kiln dried rustic oak that has a low moisture content of 6-10%. The individual oak panels are finished in a V-Groove profile and nail holes are also visible within this door (of course, you can fill these in if you’d prefer).

The number of planks and the width of planks may vary from door to door depending on measurements. 

Please note that all of our doors are initially unfinished (unless otherwise stated) allowing you to choose a finish to your liking, the doors displayed on our website vary in appearance due to the different finishes being used by ourselves and customers alike, in addition to the natural qualities of the wood this will also contribute to the door’s appearance. All hinges, handles, levers and door accessories are for illustration purposes only and sold separately. We cannot guarantee an exact match to images used across our door product imagery for the reasons stated above.

Glazing not included.

We don’t include the glass in this door to give you the freedom of picking your own, such as clear, patterned or frosted. The beading is supplied loose on one side, to be cut to size and fitted once your glass is in place.
